Will you be the DJ at my wedding?: Yes I will.. were are a small home grown company.. were customer service is still service and we are proud of this

Do you offer a written contract?: Of Course.. this is what separates the amateurs from the pros. if no contract be wary...

Can we meet before signing contract?: We actually highly recommend this

How long have you been a wedding DJ?: 5+ years

How many weddings do you do each year?: minimum of 15

What separates you from your competitors?: Besides packages starting at $395? Some of the most organized and well put together events for the "average" wedding dj

Do you MC and handle all anouncements?: We do..Unless the client prefers someone else to handle it.

How do you motivate guests to dance if no one is dancing?: It depends on the event. If an icebreaker is needed. ..Sometimes all it takes is a group dance song, or sometimes its just the atmosphere, and sometimes people just are shy... but whatever it is we have the experience to keep the party going

What happens if you cannot make it to the wedding?: I have many professional backup Djs.. But it hasn't happened yet (knock on wood)

Can we watch you perform before booking?: This is highly not recommended. for the same reason you probably don't want someone you don't know entering your wedding.

Can we call your references?: Yes you can. Just ask us and we will provide you with many past clients.

How much involvement can we have in music selection?: As much as you want. We provide a online portal with your special username and login to choose as many do play, do not play songs as you like. We even give access to your friends and family to do the same. Its Awesome...

Can we request music on your website?: Yes, 24/7 the portal is always online.

Do you take requests the night of the wedding?: Yes we do. Unless the bride and/or groom prefer otherwise

When do you arrive to begin setup/preparation?: at a minimum 1.5 hours before the wedding (or when venue permits)

What type of clothing do you typically wear to weddings?: Business atire or whatever the client would like

What do you require to secure the date (contract/deposit)?: A signed contract with a 50% retention. If you pay in full (before 4 months of the event) you will get a automatic 10% off full price.

Do you charge for overtime? If so, how much?: Anything over 6 hours is $115 and hour

Do you require a meal?: no we do not.

Are you insured? If so, how much liability coverage?: Yes we carry a 2 million dollar policy. Any dj who doesn't have insurance, doesn't take your event seriously

Do you take breaks?: no we do not..

Do you drink alcohol or smoke during the wedding?: Never have, never will

What kind of equipment do you use?: Pioneer mk2's, QSC k12 with a kw181 18" subwoofer. That's basic. The rest depends on type of lighting chosen and extras. All professional grade, Night Club equipment.

Do you have backup equipment?: Yes we do, and also a comprehensive plan.

Do you bring a wireless microphone?: We provide 1 wireless, and 1 wired. Anything extra just inquire

Do you have lighting? If so, what kind?: Yes we do, Uplighitng, intelligent lighting, gobos, lasers, monograms... pretty much everything you can think of to make your event stand out that much more.

Do you advertise with a sign or banner during weddings?: never... its unprofessional

What is your cancellation policy?: CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT. If Purchaser cancels or postpones event, Purchaser shall notify Production Company by “certified U.S. postal mail” immediately (within 48 hours) upon cancellation or postponement and no later than two-weeks (14) days prior to event. Purchaser’s failure to provide notification will result in Purchaser’s liability for payment in full (“total agreed price” from article 3) per this contract to Production Company regardless of any services provided. Purchaser further acknowledges that all deposits are nonrefundable if Purchaser cancels or postpones event or if Production Company is unable to reschedule services due to Production Company’s obligations with pre-existing events. If the Purchaser postpones an event as a result of personal hardship (proof of personal hardship must be presented in writing to Production Company at time of rescheduling) and Purchaser immediately notifies Production Company upon hardship occurrence, Purchaser shall have first right to reschedule event with any available booking dates remaining in Production Company’s calendar if rescheduled event is held within the normal service area of a 100 mile radius of Sanford, FL.
