Do you offer a written contract?: Yes we do

Can we meet before signing contract?: We can, however there is nothing that can be accomplished in a meeting that can't be accomplished on the phone and through email/websites. We do this full time and are available for a meeting most days except Saturdays. We do a wedding EVERY Saturday.

How many weddings do you do each year?: We have done over 11,000 weddings and events since 1999 with a 99.999% satisfaction rate.

What separates you from your competitors?: We have much more experience and expertise than any other local company. Free planning assistance and unlimited consultations are included in every package. We have been voted top 20 most popular DJ comp-any in the country for 2011 and 2012. We will help you create the perfect package to make your vision of your special day become reality.

What happens if you cannot make it to the wedding?: Never happened but we do have over 300 DJs in Florida and always have a back-up DJ on standby for every event we do.

Can we call your references?: Of course, but that process is highly over rated. Do you think anybody would give you a number to a BAD reference?

When do you arrive to begin setup/preparation?: Usually an hour before the quests arrive.

What type of clothing do you typically wear to weddings?: Business professional unless casual is requested.

What do you require to secure the date (contract/deposit)?: Our deposit varies depending on the package you book.

Do you charge for overtime? If so, how much?: $100 per hour per person

Do you require a meal?: If your event is schedule through the dinner hour or lunch hour we do require food.

Are you insured? If so, how much liability coverage?: We have a 2 million dollar insurance policy.

Do you take breaks?: We do take a break usually during dinner but the music never stops.

Do you drink alcohol or smoke during the wedding?: We do not allow our staff to drink during an event. During any and all breaks the music will continue.

What kind of equipment do you use?: Most of our DJs use equipment that consumers would not even recognize the name of. I personally use Yorkville speakers, Yamaha mixer, American Audio dual CD player, Virtual DJ Studio asd Siglos music software, and Toshiba laptops and external hard drives. Some of the other brands our DJs use are: Crown QSC Crest Peavey Pioneer JBL Prodigy Kustom Numark Ion Behringer E.A.W. Chauvet American DJ

Do you bring a wireless microphone?: yes

Do you have lighting? If so, what kind?: Chavet American DJ

Do you advertise with a sign or banner during weddings?: absolutely not

What is your cancellation policy?: Your deposit us used to lock in your performers. If you give us 2 weeks notice your deposit can be transferred to any other date
